Billy is no stranger to international competition, in fact he won
the prelims in the last world championships in Spain. He is super
friendly, competitive, and a showboater. Watch for big tricks (I
saw him practicing the McNasty on his second ride her in Austria.)
Billy had a big hand in designing the two latest boats from Necky,
the Chronic and the Vibe. Billy taught at the Ottawa Kayak School,

two summers ago, before he decided to travel more extensively this
past year.
Billy and his girlfriend Tiffany are two top contenders in this
