I got out to shoot some photos for the Rec/Touring head honcho's when I jumped into the Day Tripper with the sweet and cozy elite series seats. I said to myself at the start of the day, ahhh the sweet cheeks are wicked.. I don't need any lawn chair in my boat. NOT THE CASE!!! Ohhhh the lawn chair style is sweet; the dumbest thing I did all day is give that option away to another guy for the day. I was going to get a Day Tripper for my ma and pa without the elite seats too, NOT NOW.. My butt will soooo thank me later. Don't get me wrong, the sweet cheeks as a standard option are nice and compared to others I can't even imagine sitting on some foam seat all day. BUT. the lawn chair comfort, oh, heck yes. Next time I'll go for the super comfy and adjustable elite chair and laugh at others all day long. "ohh is your butt sore there cheapskate?"

We fished from our day-trippers all day long. I am sure that there are rules against standing up and posting photos of us standing in them as a full on NO NO. Truth be told we stood up and fished out of them in a river all day long. Ah heck Ill post photos of that too... Stable, even in the swifts. Loved it. Packed everything I needed, stayed stable all day long and the only wish would be that I use the Day Tripper Elite next time for a perfect 5 hours of bliss.

We started in a whitewater section, picked out an un-fished section of the river put in at the top and floated the river. Amazing. The river was too high and we didn't catch a thing. the only bummer of the day. Here are some picks of the boys on the river having a great time.
