Jackson Kayak News

Ready or not here come four more Jackson Kayak models!

July 12, 2004

The Fun 1 was designed for Dane, the 2 Fun for Emily, the Fun for me, simple enough. Well, the Fun 1 was quite successful and kids deserve a boat for them, so do really small adults, especially women. So, the Fun 1.5 and the Star are on the way. The Fun 1.5 is exactly scaled in between the Fun 1 and the 2 Fun and is the ultimate river running playboat, learning boat, but of course, fully rodeo ready too for the 100 pound arena. Yes, a 125 pounder can fit, but barely!

Then there is the Star- The ultimate “FULL ON RODEO” kayak. Be little, but Go BIG! The Star is scaled ½ size smaller than the 2 Fun and is only 5’8” long! So, with the Fun 1, the Fun 1.5, the 2 Fun, and the Star- Jackson Kayak will be the champion of the little people, weather by age or by lack of big parents.

For the Big Folks out there? The Super Star is right in between the 4 Fun and Super Fun in size and is designed for the BIG Guys to get BIG Air! 200+ and want to fly? No problem, you too can be a Super Star.

You already know about my sized rodeo boat the All-Star. I have only competed in it once- at the International Freestyle Championships (Pre-worlds) and I won in it. Since then I have won every rodeo I have competed with the Fun, and have gotten all 1st or 2nd place finishes in the 2 Fun (except at the vail event, 4th) Well, it is only a matter of 10 days until I take the first All-Star out of the mold and outfit it for myself to take to the Ottawa- My Oh my, prepare to duck as I fly over head! I can’t wait.

What about the Fun? Well, nothing changes there- the best rolling, easiest to paddle, and ready to do all of the rodeo moves, it is the best choice for a one boat quiver.

See you on the River!

EJ
