I have room in my Ottawa River clinics for a few more people!

If you have been kayaking long enough to know the name Eric Jackson, you probably know the Ottawa River name too. Well- the best playboating river in July/August for 90% of the kayakers out there is the Ottawa River in Ontario. It is warm water, big water, friendly drop-pool rapids, but you can challenge yourself as much as you want by running harder lines, bigger holes, or even the class V Garvin’s Rapid (which also has various lines at various difficulties) on the Middle Channel. I have some availability on three of my four clinics.

July 24-25- 4 spots for the weekend clinic

July 26th-30th- 5 day clinic is full.

July 31-August 1st- 2 day clinic also has some spots available.

August 2-6th- I have a few spots available also.

The accommodations are incredible with three hot meals each day (even on the river!), hot tubs, family atmosphere, but also two bars, live music, bungee jumping, a jet boat pickup on Thursday night at the takeout for a party boat dinner and ride after the river run, my instruction, after paddling activities three of the five nights, and the list goes on!
