Shipping & Returns
It wasn’t what you wanted, expected, needed, thought? No Problem!
All returns must be processed through our Customer Service Department. Returns MUST be labeled with an RMA number assigned by our helpful and courteous team members. Unfortunately, items returned without that magic number may result in a delay or the inability to track your item to your refund. Simply call our Jackson Kayak Customer Service Team at 931-738-4800, or email us at email@example.com. Please have your order number ready so we can get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
If we made a mistake you may return most new, un-used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Can you return something due to an order error or you simply changed your mind? Yes!
We do ask that you pay for the shipping costs to return the product back to Jackson Adventures. We will apply a credit for the full amount of your products minus the original shipping fees once we receive your return. Standard shipping rates will apply and products must be new and unused.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please allow between 3 to 10 business days for items to ship based on availability.
